Inspired by the serenity and peacefulness of the Seven Oaks Lavender Farm, this experience will leave you feeling relaxed, rebalanced, and rejuvenated. On select Saturdays and Sundays, from 9-10am in June-July, Taylor will guide you through a series of yoga postures followed by a guided meditation and gentle massage designed to completely relax and restore the mind & body. Tea and cool lavender towels will be offered after the class.
