Organic Bunny on The Skinny Confidential!

In case you missed it, I was on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her podcast this week and had so much fun sharing my message to Lauryn and Michael’s community. I, of course, used the opportunity to remind women how toxic botox and fillers truly are and, to be expected, got a lot of backlash from injectors but at the same time, I found a lot of new people that align with my values which was great. I always say, if I can help just one person then, speaking up is worth it! To be able to tell the truth on such a HUGE platform was super exciting and I am so grateful for the opportunity and it’s what makes their show the best! They let people come on, be themselves, and tell their stories!

I won’t lie, I was absolutely petrified to go on, not for the reasons most would think, like the push back or criticism bc I honestly couldn’t care less about that, but I was mostly worried I would not give proper value to the listeners. I personally dislike fluffy podcasts so I made sure to really be prepared with lots of facts to share but then, we kinda just shot the sh*t and the topics moved so fast so we did not really get into all of the things I prepared! I will say both Lauryn and Michael were so kind and really did their best to make it a casual chat as I told them how nervous I was. Lauryn let me know that she had been following me for a decade which was shocking because I really just ramble about shit in my bathroom and forget people actually listen to me.

I also was surprised how there was zero rules. I was truly able to go on and talk about whatever I wanted to talk about. Lauryn has been open about getting Botox but still, she was open to letting me share my perspective which is rare but appreciated. Nothing was off limits which is what makes their podcast the best. They have had so many guests on that I would think I did not like but then listening to each of their stories, you really learn how most people, deep down, all want the same things. To be their best and to help people!

I was also soooo scared about flying. That was back when a plane was falling out of the sky pretty much daily and I was having an internal meltdown over it. I kept thinking, is this going to be what takes me out!? Flying to do my dream podcast and never making it? Cue Alanis’ Ironic, because I was convinced this was going to be my fate. Stupid, I know but, I was almost paralyzed by fear when it came to flying! So much so, that I booked a call with a psychic to tell me I was not going to die LOL. She said I would be fine and to go and have some fun so that is exactly what I tried to do.

She also told me that my fear was NOT coming from the planes either and I found this to be so interesting. She told me that I have performance anxiety and that I am a perfectionist and that my fear is on not being perfect on the podcast which honestly made so much sense! Perhaps my subconscious was trying to find reasons to not go, to avoid the fear of failing? So, I knew I had to go and give it my all and that is what I did and I am so glad I went because it was such a once in a lifetime experience!

Anyway, now that I shared a bit about the struggles I had going on the show, let’s get into the stuff you actually want. Outfit and makeup details! I really loved my whole look besides that one damn piece of hair that wanted to be wild on camera. Grrr.

My outfit was all Zimmermann. I love a fitted vest and high rise pant, this suit was super cute but hard to sit in. I thought I may split it at any moment because it was a tight satin like material! For all outfit and shoe details, head here.

Makeup Details-

I also suggest a sunless tan to make any look more vibrant. In this look, I had used the Eco Tan Tanning Mousse for the perfect pop of color.
