Going (or being) gluten-free doesn’t have to be a death-to-all-good-food sentence. Gluten free foods have come a loooooooog way in the near decade that I’ve been testing them. These are the best gluten free foods I’ve found. Trust me—you’re gonna wanna start a shopping trip ASAP.

I found out I had celiac disease after I had my second baby. My husband was going through grad school, my boobs were leaking, I hadn’t slept in weeks and all I could think about when the nurse practitioner delivered the news was, “So I’ll never eat pizza ever again?!”
That was 9 years ago and a lot has changed. Gone are the days when “eating gluten free” meant sucking on a floret of broccoli like it’s a ring pop because today, friends? We have options. Some of my faves are restaurants who have dedicated GF fryers (always a good day), dedicated gluten free establishments (here’s looking at you Hell Yeah Gluten Free) and convenience items that rival, if not outshine, their gluten-filled counterparts.
After living my best GF lifestyle for the past (almost) decade, I definitely have some gluten free food faves and I figured it was finally time to share. And if you are a fellow celiac or gluten free devout, hit reply and let me know what your gluten free stapes are!
34 Degrees Gluten Free Crisps | $8.99
It’s not hard to find a decent gluten free cracker. For years, the Simple Mills battery has been my pantry staple, but no one wants to eat the same cracker every time they make a single serve cheese board, amirite?!
Anyway, when I found these thin wafers of absolute bliss, I ate a whole sleeve in one sitting because I didn’t want the moment to end.
To that point, I love how thin they are because you can really focus on the chicken salad or 6-month-aged manchego with pepper jelly on top rather than getting bogged down by a mouth full of almond flour. Plus the taste is impeccable. As a former Catholic, my husband tasted it and goes, “OMG, that tastes like The Host.” But I’m not, nor was I ever Catholic, so I just taste heaven on earth.
Full ingredient list: Chickpea Flour, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Coconut Oil, Salt, Sunflower Lecithin.
So good, I get them by the case on Amazon.
Simple Kneads Bread | $38.99-41.99
Legit eat this bread every morning because you know what’s missing from most gluten free breads? TASTE. Love that Simple Kneads comes in options like rye, pumpernickel and sourdough. Slap two fried eggs on top, maybe some cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and go crazy with a slice of bacon? Chef’s kiss perfection.
One thing I will say about this bread is that I only eat it toasted. The taste is great either way, but untoasted, it’s a little spongy and I don’t like that texture. Toasted tho? On fire.
I usually get 4 loaves delivered to my house at a time and freeze them until needed.
Example ingredient list (each flavor has its own tweaks): water, (GRAINS) millet flour*, sorghum flour*, teff flour*, brown teff flour, buckwheat flour*, quinoa flour*, whole quinoa*, (SEEDS) psyllium seed husk powder*, flax meal*, sunflower seeds*, caraway seeds, pumpkin seeds*, expeller pressed sunflower seed oil*, raisin juice concentrate*, carob powder, salt (organic*)

Siete Wedding Cookies | $4.99
I’m sorry to do this to you because after you taste these Wedding Cookies, you will never be the same. You will also never stop eating them so, do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy more than one bag at a time, lol.
I picked these up on a whim at Publix before one of my son’s baseball games and the whole bag ended up being my breakfast. So I posted them on social and everyone sent up flares like, STEP AWAY! TURN BACK! SO GOOD! 😂
Love this sweet treat and they are super fun on a charcuterie board too.
Full ingredient list: almond flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, cassava flour, chickpea flour, coconut oil, coconut sugar, sugar, tapioca flour, pecan pieces, avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, baking soda, cinnamon, orange peel powder, vanilla extract, jasmine tea extract
Etalia Pizza Dough – Organic & Gluten Free | $29.99
Okay I fell in love with this brand for their pizza which they are not currently shipping anymore (PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ship this again soon PHHHHLEASE!).
But I’m keeping them here as one of my faves because they ARE currently shipping their gluten free, certified organic Rustic Boule Artisan Bread, which looks insane and since I want to keep an eye on anything else they put out, they deserve to be on your radar too.
Full ingredient list: Organic Flour Blend (100% Whole Grain Organic Sorghum Flour, Organic Tapioca Flour, Organic Rice Flour, Xanthan Gum), Water, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Honey, Sea Salt, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Yeast.
BOOM.
Jovial Gluten Free Pasta & Le Veneziane Gluten Free Corn Pasta | Prices vary
A case of this (Jovial GF pasta) showed up at my door a few weeks ago and my husband was like, “SURPRISE!” He had Googled the ish out of “best gluten free pastas” and decided this was the one and boy was he right. I’ve been fan-girling over Jovial for the past several years because it’s by far the best tasting rice pasta on the market and it’s also certified organic…but….
This corn flour is closer to the real thing and I know it’s not just my imagination because my boys tried it too (both of them routinely ask, “Is it gluten free?” to everything I put out and then proceed to make a gag face) and they said it was….GOOD. Which I have to admit is weird, because I typically do not like a corn pasta.
Anyway, we tried the fettuccine and it’s A+ so I’m excited to try others they have. Like, what’s a girl gotta do to get a gluten free rigatoni?!
Full ingredient list: corn flour, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin
