Welcome the New Year with the first sunrise of 2025. Join Charlie Price (Virginia Master Naturalist) for our OTAC Adventures 2025 Sunrise Hike. This is a unique opportunity to have an unforgettable “sunrise” adventure at the top of Sky Meadows State Park.

Meet up location: Park’s historic parking lot (in front of old stone house)
Departure time: 5:45 A.M; the park opens at 5:30 A.M.
We will hike to the top of the Piedmont Overlook to watch the first sunrise of 2025. The Piedmont overlook is the park’s most scenic vantage point – an awesome place to see the sunrise and welcome 2025.
